objective of this analysis is to optimize the design of concrete mixer machine. The existing shaft of concrete mixer machine gets failed after approximately 150 Hr of uses. To analyse this shaft using FEM, firstly a proper CAD model is developed using Pro/E cad software. Then by using ANSYs software FEM analysis is done to determine the different types of stresses and deflection developed. After carried out the analysis
